We are so excited to have you join us down at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic!
It’s getting so close (yikes). Now that all of your travel arrangements are made, it’s time to make sure you’re ready for all the things to happening during the Wedding Extravaganza!
Step-by-Step Guide to Wedding Attendee Excellence
Step 1 - Passport 🛂
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure your passport is up to date. We would hate to pass you by at the security line while you are being detained because you don’t have a valid passport. That’ll suck for you and us.
Remember—your passport needs to be valid for six (6) months after your travel dates!
Step 2 - Airport Transfer 🚙
Don’t forget to register for your airport transfer via our travel agent. You should have already gotten some emails from Shannon over at Romance Travel Group.

Step 3 - Dominican Travel Form 📋
The Dominican Republic mandates that all visitors fill out an online travel form before entering the country. Your airline will also mandate that this form be filled out, most likely in order to complete your check in. Be sure to save the QR code the ticket submission generates!

Step 5 - Gifts 🎁
While we really appreciate you wanting to give us something, we truly believe your presence is present enough.
If for some reason you find your presence is not enough (which, we should really talk about) and still feel the need to give us a gift, we ask that you do not bring anything down to the DR.
Step 6 - Packing Time 🧳
Please pack like you would for any typical vacation at a tropical resort (don’t forget the sunscreen).
Our wedding dress code is “Tropical Cocktail” so we do ask that you pack one outfit appropriate for the occasion.
Step 7 - Hello, Punta Cana 🌴
If you have booked through our travel agent, any hotel or transfer issues can be directed to them. You can expect an email from them providing details on what to expect upon arrival, including things like who to look out for at the Punta Cana Airport in order to get your transfer to the hotel.
Step 8 - Celebrate 🍾
Once you’ve made it to the hotel, time to relax & enjoy the other family & friends in attendance!!
